Call L G & E for the street light or Duggins for the mailbox. Both numbers are under "frequently called numbers".
I'm moving into the neighborhood. What do I need to do?
You need to meet and comply with the obligations as set forth in the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. At your closing, please ask your closing agent for a copy and read them thoroughly. In addition, all dues must be paid in full for a resident to be an active member of the Association.
I'm closing on a house soon. How do I find out if the dues are paid?
Contact the current treasurer at the number listed under "officers".
When are the dues assessed and paid?
Dues are assessed each calendar year as of January 1 and are due, without penalty or interest by February.
What are the current annual dues?
The assessment for all other lots are paid in the amount of $300.
I am new to the neighborhood, and I need to know who to call to have my garbage collected, utilities turned on etc..

May I erect a fence?
Only by satisfying the requirements set forth by the Board of Directors Policy Statements.
May I construct a pool?
Above ground pools are not permitted by the Association. In ground pools are permitted with the approval of the Board on fence and pool location.
