Moser Farms is a residential
development in Oldham County just over the
eastern border from
Jefferson County. Moser
Farms offers the convenience of being close
to shopping, highways and recreation
in
addition to being a safe residential
community. GlenOaks County Club is within
walking distance to Moser Farms and
residents can become members at this club.
The development has 178 residential home
sites. We are within
the boundaries of
the award winning Oldham County school
district. Over 90% of the homes are on a
city sewer system and all homes have
underground electric, gas, telephone and
water service. Moser Farms is five minutes
from major shopping at both Springhurst and
the Summit shopping centers. We are located
within minutes of both the Gene Snyder
Freeway at Highway 22 and Interstate 71. The
community has a 10-acre nature preserve with
a playground, walking trails and a pavilion
picnic area for all your family to enjoy.
Moser Farms was formerly a 220-acre dairy
farm. The Moser
family was of Swiss decent,
hence the names of the three sections. Come
